Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
22.5 ml Rémy Martin V.S.O.P. cognac
22.5 ml Hayman's Sloe Gin
22.5 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
22.5 ml Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
5 ml 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Egg white (pasteurised) or Aquafaba or Vegan egg white alternative
