45 ml | Hayman's Old Tom Gin |
10 ml | Lustau Oloroso Don Nuño Sherry |
20 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
20 ml | Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Vegan egg white alternative |
2 barspoon | Apricot jam (preserve) |
1 barspoon | Balsamic vinegar of Modena |
10 ml | Extra virgin olive oil |
