Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
60 ml Hayman's London Dry Gin
15 ml Aperol Aperitivo
22.5 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
22.5 ml Raspberry (framboise) sugar syrup
2 dash Regans' Orange Bitters No.6
2 dash Saline solution (20g sea salt to 80g water) or merest pinch of s
1 drop Orange blossom water / Orange flower water
3 drop Angostura Aromatic Bitters
22.5 ml Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer
