Review:

An after-dinner digestive that you can keep remaking and enjoying into the late hours. Gin's botanicals, the rich vermouth and the amaro make this an invigorating alternative to a Sweet Manhattan.

Really lovely. The simplicity of the ingredients allows each to shine and take each its own place. Compare with the lucino’s delight, which was much more complex, perhaps overly so. Great cocktail!
