Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
1 13 oz Bourbon whiskey
34 oz Lucano amaro
12 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
13 oz Pallini Limoncello liqueur
14 oz Gomme syrup
12 oz Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Vegan egg white alternative
3 drop Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN back into shaker.
  5. DRY SHAKE (without ice) to emulsify.
  6. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  7. EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

History:

Created by yours truly in March 2024 and named after Charles "Lucky" Luciano (1897-1962), an Italian-born American gangster "considered the father of modern organized crime in the United States". Lucky Luciano was the first boss of the modern Genovese crime family.
