How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker. DRY SHAKE (without ice) to emulsify and fine strain into chilled glass.
1 1/3 fl oz | Bourbon whiskey |
3/4 fl oz | Lucano amaro |
1/2 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/3 fl oz | Pallini Limoncello liqueur |
1/4 fl oz | Gomme syrup |
1/2 fl oz | Egg white (pasteurised) or Aquafaba (chickpea water) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer |
3 drop | Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) |

Created by yours truly in March 2024 and named after Charles "Lucky" Luciano (1897-1962), an Italian-born American gangster "considered the father of modern organized crime in the United States". Lucky Luciano was the first boss of the modern Genovese crime family.
