Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
20 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
3 leaf Basil leaves
5 fresh Raspberries
30 ml Egg white
20 ml Luxardo Bitter Bianco liqueur
30 ml Hayman's Old Tom Gin
