50 ml | Hayman's Old Tom Gin |
17.5 ml | St-Germain elderflower liqueur |
5 ml | Monin Gomme Syrup |
20 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
7.5 ml | Nettle cordial |
15 ml | Aquafaba (chickpea water) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Egg white (pasteurised) or Egg white replacement (vegan) |
20 ml | Brut champagne/sparkling wine |
