Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
1 12 oz Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old)
12 oz Green melon liqueur
3 12 oz Cranberry juice (sweetened)
14 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Collins glass.
  2. Prepare watermelon wedge for garnish.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  5. Garnish with watermelon wedge.

Summery, refreshing and light. Looks like watermelon and tastes reminiscent of watermelon but contains no watermelon.

Very nice and refreshing. I substituted for coconut rum (Malibu) and it's pretty good too, but standard rum would likely be better. Both work! This would be good on a summer's day with a lot of ice.
