Serve in a Martini glass
| 60 ml | Belvedere Vodka |
| 30 ml | Exprè Caffè Italiano (or freshly made hot Espresso Coffee) |
| 15 ml | Kahlúa Coffee Liqueur (16% alc./vol.) |
| 10 ml | Monin Vanilla Syrup |
| 2.5 ml | Demerara/Muscovado/brown sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water) |
| 2.5 ml | Monin Cinnamon Syrup |
| 0.6 ml | Angostura Cocoa Bitters |
| 0.2 ml | Difford's Saline Solution (or merest pinch of salt) |
