Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
60 ml Hayman's London Dry Gin
Top up with Thomas Henry Soda Water
30 ml Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)
3 leaf Thai basil leaves
12 scoop Matcha powder (ceremonial or culinary grade)
