Serve in a Fizz or Highball (8oz to 10oz)

Ingredients:
60 ml Hayman's London Dry Gin
60 ml Suntory Kanade Matcha Liqueur
60 ml Milk (whole milk/full 3-4% fat)
30 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
30 ml Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix)
Top up with Thomas Henry Soda Water
