A touch less pinapple juice makes it even better! What a winner. Shake hard and you'll get a lovely foamy top!

This really nice and reading the pear comments might be nice with an added 15 ml of pear liqueur

Used the Cocktail Finder to discover this - the one and only recipe in the Guide using vodka, elderflower liqueur and pineapple juice. It certainly does not disappoint! Tried first with 25ml elderflower: the result is tangy with prominent lime. Then added 5ml more of elderflower, as per recipe, and the flavours blend well, the sweetness balancing the lime sourness. It's always fun using pineapple juice, as shaking gives a guaranteed frothy top!

I didn’t have any plain vodka, so thinking to the pear and elderflower martini, I used Absolut Pear, and it works well. Very well in fact. The elderflower, pear and pineapple combination may sound strange on paper but they do work well together. Still keeps it dry and sour and the delicate pear flavour isn’t lost. So, a Pear & Elderflower Cosmo perhaps?

Absolutely divine! Word of warning, don’t let your teenagers taste this as you’ll soon notice your liquor cabinet is depleted!

Absolutely delicious. A new favourite. The floral notes of St. Germain work perfectly with lime and pineapple. Just stunning.
