Serve in a Collins glass
30 ml | Hayman's London Dry Gin |
10 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
10 ml | Honey syrup (3 parts honey to 1 water by weight) |
5 ml | Olmeca Altos Plata tequila |
25 ml | Chamomile/Camomile tea (cold) |
Top up with | Thomas Henry Soda Water |
8 drop | 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Egg white (pasteurised) or Aquafaba (chickpea water) or Egg white replacement (vegan) |
3 slice | Fresh ginger root (thumbnail-sized slice) |
