| 30 ml | Bols Crème de Cacao White |
| 45 ml | Absolut Vodka |
| 50 ml | Exprè Caffè Italiano (or freshly made hot Espresso Coffee) |
| 5 ml | Bols Butterscotch liqueur |
| 5 ml | Bols Amaretto |
| 5 ml | Bols Coconut Liqueur |
| 120 ml | Extra virgin olive oil |
| 1⁄8 cupful | Salt (sea salt) |
| 0.2 ml | Chocolate bitters |
