Glassware
Serve in a Flute glass
| 30 ml | Bols Cacao White |
| 45 ml | Absolut Vodka |
| 50 ml | Exprè Caffè Italiano (or freshly made hot Espresso Coffee) |
| 5 ml | Bols Butterscotch liqueur |
| 5 ml | Bols Amaretto |
| 5 ml | Bols Coconut Liqueur |
| 120 ml | Extra virgin olive oil |
| 3.75 ml | Salt (sea salt) |
| 3 drops | Chocolate bitters |
Sherbety lemon. Well-balanced and refreshing, but not really a Martini.
