45 ml | Strawberry gin |
20 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
2 dash | Peychaud's Aromatic Bitters |
3 drop | Rose water |
20 ml | Aquafaba or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Egg white (pasteurised) or Vegan egg white alternative |
15 ml | Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix) |
5 ml | Van Kleef Volmaakt Geluk |
