| 30 ml | Hayman's London Dry Gin |
| 10 ml | Sambuca |
| 30 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 30 ml | Blueberry syrup |
| 1⁄3 cupful | Blueberries (fresh) |
| 22.5 ml | Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer |
| Top up with | Fiol Extra Dry Prosecco |
