Glass:
Serve in a Coupe glass
| 2 oz | Bourbon whiskey |
| 1⁄2 oz | Strucchi Rosso Vermouth |
| 1⁄2 oz | Amaro (e.g. Averna) |
| 1⁄4 oz | Amer Picon |
| 1 dash | Fee Brothers Turkish Tobacco Bitters |
Prepare:
- Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.
How to make:
- STIR all ingredients with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
Garnish:
- EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

History:
Adapted form a recipe created 2012 by Julian Goglia, partner and principal bartender at The Pinewood Tippling Room in Decatur, Georgia, USA. The original recipe calls for a house-made alternative to Amer Picon and Old Forester Bohemian Bitters (in place of tobacco bitters).

Having said that, I felt like a total poser, since I had BOTH Amer Picon (well, pretty close) AND Turkish tobacco bitters.
