Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
2 oz Bourbon whiskey
12 oz Strucchi Rosso Vermouth
12 oz Amaro (e.g. Averna)
14 oz Amer Picon
1 dash Fee Brothers Turkish Tobacco Bitters
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.

How to make:

  1. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  2. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish:

  1. EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

Adapted form a recipe created 2012 by Julian Goglia, partner and principal bartender at The Pinewood Tippling Room in Decatur, Georgia, USA. The original recipe calls for a house-made alternative to Amer Picon and Old Forester Bohemian Bitters (in place of tobacco bitters).
