Glass:

Serve in a Martini glass

Ingredients:
1 12 oz La Fée Parisienne absinthe
1 oz Giffard Menthe Pastille white crème de menthe
1 oz Chilled water reduce if wet ice
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of star anise.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

I liked this. Great alternative to the after dinner drinks that use creme de menthe. Like most absinthe cocktails, it is a bit sweet, but not in an offensive way. I love absinthe, so this is a keeper for me and an evening cocktail.
