Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
25 ml Chambord liqueur
25 ml Campari Bitter liqueur
15 ml Reàl Raspberry Puree Syrup
25 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
15 ml Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
15 ml Aquafaba or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Egg white (pasteurised) or Vegan egg white alternative
25 ml Fiol Extra Dry Prosecco
