1/2 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1/4 fl oz Luxardo Maraschino liqueur

Serve in a Coupe glass

Prepare

  1. Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.

Method

  1. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

  1. EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

History

Adapted from a recipe in Stanley M. Jones' 1977 Jones' Complete Barguide). This genever-based version of The Holland House was practically unknown before 2008, but it has since been rescued from obscurity.
