Serve in an Old-fashioned glass
50 ml | Hayman's London Dry Gin |
10 ml | Strucchi Dry Vermouth |
60 ml | Green apple juice ascorbic acid adjusted |
10 ml | Monin Elderflower Syrup |
10 ml | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
0.2 ml | Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) |
0.2 ml | 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Egg white (pasteurised) or Aquafaba (chickpea water) or Egg white replacement (vegan) |
