| 50 ml | Hayman's London Dry Gin |
| 10 ml | Strucchi Dry Vermouth |
| 60 ml | Green apple juice ascorbic acid adjusted |
| 10 ml | Monin Elderflower Syrup |
| 10 ml | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 0.2 ml | Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) |
| 0.2 ml | 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Egg white (pasteurised) or Aquafaba (chickpea water) or Egg white replacement (vegan) |
