Serve in a Hurricane glass

Ingredients:
1 oz Goslings Black Seal Rum
1 oz Don Q Cristal Rum
12 oz Galliano L'Autentico
2 oz Pineapple juice
2 oz Orange juice (freshly squeezed)
34 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
34 oz Monin Passion Fruit Syrup (US)
2 12 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Hurricane glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of pineapple wedge & cherry.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into ice-filled glass.

Nice cocktail. Was afraid that it was going to be too much like fruit punch so changed out the rums. Used an Overproof Jamaican Navy rum for the dark rum and Hamilton Florida Rum Society Rum (gold 90 proof). The resulting cocktail was fruity, but with a dominate flavour of rum.
The rum in the original were too light in flavour to stand up to all the fruit juice. The cocktail came out like a tiki version of a Hurricane.
