25 ml | Lustau Oloroso Don Nuño Sherry |
10 ml | Campari Bitter liqueur |
10 ml | Balsamic vinegar of Modena |
7.5 ml | Demerara/Muscovado/brown sugar syrup (1 sugar : 1 water) |
1 gram | Fresh thyme |
