Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
50 ml Hayman's London Dry Gin
25 ml Giffard Rhubarbe Liqueur
15 ml Pickle juice/brine/vinegar from pickled cucumber/gherkin
Top up with Elderflower tonic water
2 barspoon Pomegranate seeds
