Serve in a Highball (max 10oz/300ml)

Ingredients:
35 ml Hayman's London Dry Gin
7.5 ml Lillet Blanc
7.5 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
10 ml Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix)
20 ml Rémy Martin V.S.O.P. cognac
