Serve in a Large wine glass
75 ml | Hayman's London Dry Gin |
2 gram | Orange peel |
2 gram | Lemon peel |
2 twist | Lime zest (peel) |
11.25 ml | Chilled water |
5 gram | Powdered sugar (white sugar ground in mortar and pestle) |
15 ml | Agave syrup |
2 fresh | Mint leaves |
30 ml | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
Top up with | Thomas Henry Ginger Ale |
