Serve in a Large wine glass
| 75 ml | Hayman's London Dry Gin |
| 2 gram | Orange peel |
| 2 gram | Lemon peel |
| 2 twist | Lime zest (peel) |
| 11.25 ml | Chilled water |
| 5 gram | Powdered sugar (white sugar ground in mortar and pestle) |
| 15 ml | Agave syrup (agave nectar) |
| 2 fresh | Mint leaves |
| 30 ml | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
| Top up with | Ginger ale |
