| 10 ml | Bols Cherry Brandy Liqueur |
| 10 ml | Bols Blue Curaçao |
| 10 ml | Bols Maraschino Liqueur |
| 50 ml | Bacardi Carta Blanca Superior White Rum |
| 25 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 2 dash | Fee Brothers Black Walnut bitters |
| 15 ml | Milk (whole milk/full 3-4% fat) |
