Serve in an Old-fashioned glass

Ingredients:
40 ml Rémy Martin V.S.O.P. cognac
30 ml Disaronno amaretto
7.5 ml Syrup from Luxardo Maraschino Cherries
15 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
15 ml Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Vegan egg white alternative
