| 12.5 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 12.5 ml | Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix) |
| 3 gram | Basil leaves |
| 60 ml | Genmai-cha Green Tea with Roasted Rice |
