strong - book says 60ml online 50 ml pisco - floral and sharpish - will try with the egg white next time

Love this. Definitely needs the egg white (or aquafaba if you’re that way inclined) to smooth it all together. I had a play with this as I’ve recently got some Rhubarb Liqueur, and replaced the Elderflower with it. It works so so well. Nice and tart, a good sour kick.

Definitely benefits from an egg white, which doubles as a diluting agent here

A nicely balanced Pisco cocktail. The lime balances out the sweetness of the St-Germain. A definite repeat.

This is excellent. Used BarSol Quebranta Pisco and the balance as perfect. A slight hint of sweetness which is balanced out by the lime. It had an aftertaste of grapefruit. Perfect afternoon cocktail. On to my favourties.

Wow!!! It was excellent! Used a great PISCO a pilot friend picked up for me in Peru. Tres Cepas. Quick, easy and expresses the PISCO so nice!!!!

Delicious. As I had a different kind of Pisco (Quebrata), I found it necessary to use a bit more Elderflower and Lime juice.

Lovely balance, the elderflower balances the citrus and the pisco definitely shines.
