Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
4 wedge Plum (stoned & peeled)
30 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
15 ml Peychaud's Aromatic Bitters
3.8 ml Bowmore 12 Year Old Islay single malt
12.5 ml Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
37.5 ml Hayman's Sloe Gin
Top up with Schweppes Canada Dry Ginger Ale
