Serve in a Wine glass
| 30 ml | Hayman's London Dry Gin |
| 20 ml | Melonade Melon Liqueur |
| 50 ml | Brut champagne/sparkling wine |
| 5 ml | Lustau Manzanilla Papirusa Sherry |
| 5 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 5 ml | Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix) |
| 1.25 ml | Orange Bitters by Angostura |
