Serve in a Wine glass

Ingredients:
30 ml Hayman's London Dry Gin
20 ml Melonade Melon Liqueur
50 ml Brut champagne/sparkling wine
5 ml Lustau Manzanilla Papirusa Sherry
5 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
5 ml Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix)
1.25 ml Orange Bitters by Angostura
