Serve in a Martini (large 10oz) glass

Ingredients:
30 ml Bols Crème de Cassis
40 ml Tanqueray London Dry Gin
20 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
40 ml Bols Triple Sec
40 ml Aquafaba or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Egg white (pasteurised) or Egg white replacement (vegan)
