Serve in a Fizz or Highball (8oz to 10oz)

Ingredients:
30 ml Hayman's London Dry Gin
25 ml Luxardo Bitter Bianco liqueur
8 fresh Blackberries
5 fresh Mint leaves
10 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
5 ml Honey
Top up with Thomas Henry Soda Water
