¾ fl oz St Germain Elderflower Liqueur
¾ fl oz Fino sherry
¾ fl oz Junmai ginjō sake
½ fl oz Lychee syrup (from tinned fruit)

STIR all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass.

Subtle with an interesting salty edge, this tastes almost like a wine.
