¾ fl oz BarSol Supremo Mosto Verde Italia Pisco
¾ fl oz St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
¾ fl oz Fino sherry
¾ fl oz Junmai ginjō sake
½ fl oz Lychee syrup (from tinned fruit)

How to make:

STIR all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass.




Subtle with an interesting salty edge, this tastes almost like a wine.


Created by yours truly (Simon Difford) in 2002 and named after Charlie Rouse, a good friend and fellow lover of sherry.
