Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
45 ml Hayman's Sloe Gin
60 ml Grapefruit juice (ruby red)
2 barspoon Aquafaba (chickpea water) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Egg white (pasteurised) or Egg white replacement (vegan)
1 barspoon Rose water
1 barspoon Monin Ginger Syrup
