Serve in a Double old-fashioned
| 40 ml | Hayman's Old Tom Gin |
| 20 ml | Aperitivo Luxardo (Aperol-style liqueur) |
| 30 ml | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 15 ml | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
| 1 dash | Fee Brothers Gin Barrel Aged Orange Bitters |
| 2 dash | Saline solution 10:1 (10g salt to 100ml water) |
