Ingredients:
2 oz Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old)
34 oz Pallini Limoncello liqueur
34 oz Strucchi Dry Vermouth
14 oz Luxardo Maraschino liqueur
12 oz Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba (chickpea water) or Vegan egg white replacement

Garnish: Grated lemon zest

How to make:

DRY SHAKE (without ice) all ingredients. Add ice, SHAKE again and fine strain into chilled glass.

This is basically rum and sweet ingredients, and hence sweet; too sweet for my taste. I added 5ml of lemon juice and tastes better to me.
