For me, this cocktail have the heat of the scotch whiskey with subtile notes of some very sweet caramel cashews nuts mixe with a little bitterness like the pith of a grapefruit skin. The taste is harmonious but a bit subtil for my taste. It still is a great but sweet cocktail.
