Ingredients:
45 ml Highland Park 12 Year Old
15 ml Lustau San Emilio Pedro Ximénez Sherry
15 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
7.5 ml Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
