Serve in a Mini coupe

Ingredients:
40 ml Bols Genever 21
10 ml Champagne syrup (homemade)
0.2 ml 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Egg white (pasteurised) or Aquafaba (chickpea water) or Egg white replacement (vegan)
10 ml Coffee-infused limoncello
15 ml Frangelico hazelnut liqueur
0.3 ml NV Absinthe Verte
0.2 ml Orange Bitters by Angostura
