¹⁄₂ oz	Adriatico Amaretto Liqueur
1 oz	Galliano Espresso Coffee liqueur
1 oz	Whipping cream

Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
Prepare coffee beans for garnish.

How to make:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish:

Garnish with 3 coffee beans floated in a petal formation in the centre of the cocktail's foamy head.

Looks like this and the Toasted Almond are different amounts of the same ingredients.

I am not a coffee drinker, but do use Flor de Cana Spresso Coffee Liqueur from Nicaragua which has a rum base that I do like. This was outstanding as an after-dinner cocktail. Since I did not have coffee beans, I did a dusting of freshly grated nutmeg. It was perfect.
