¹⁄₂ fl oz	Bols Blue Curaçao
¹⁄₂ scoop	Vanilla ice cream
1 wedge	Dragon fruit
1 fl oz	Almond milk

Method:

Using fresh dragon fruit, 30g (1oz), blend it with 1oz of unsweetened hazelnut milk and 3/4oz of vanilla ice cream. Pour the mixture into a Boston shaker and add 1oz of Bols strawberry liqueur and 1/2oz of Bols blue curaçao. Shake together and pour into a sling glass over crushed ice. Finally, garnish with gold leaf powder and a straw. Finished!
