Made with raspberry jam, this is fruity, well-balanced and easy-drinking.
Substitute gin for vodka or tequila. Different flavours of jam may also be used - blackberry works well.

I’ve tried with a few different jam/preserve variations, but think I prefer the wonderful redolence of the fresh raspberry version, when they are in season.
