Lemon zest twist
How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker. DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into chilled glass.
|1 1/2 fl oz||Rutte Dry Gin|
|1 1⁄2 spoon||Raspberry jam|
|1/2 fl oz||Noilly Prat Extra Dry|
|3/4 fl oz||Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)|
|1/3 fl oz||Pasteurised egg white|

Fruity, light, well-balanced and easy-drinking.
Substitute vodka or tequila for gin. Different flavours of jam may also be used. Blackberry works well.
