40 ml | Bacardi Carta Blanca Superior White Rum |
10 ml | Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix) |
20 ml | Eager Pineapple juice |
20 ml | Coconut milk |
20 ml | Orange juice (freshly squeezed) |
40 ml | Single cream/half-and-half |
