Serve in a Highball (max 10oz/300ml)
15 ml | Bols Kiwi Liqueur |
30 ml | Gin infused with cloves and star anise |
15 ml | Bols Blue Curaçao |
5 ml | Galliano Vanilla liqueur |
10 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
20 ml | Pineapple juice |
3 drop | 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Egg white (pasteurised) or Aquafaba or Egg white replacement (vegan) |
