Serve in a Highball (max 10oz/300ml)
| 15 ml | Bols Kiwi Liqueur |
| 30 ml | Gin infused with cloves and star anise |
| 15 ml | Bols Blue Curaçao |
| 5 ml | Galliano Vanilla liqueur |
| 10 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 20 ml | Pineapple juice |
| 3 drop | 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Egg white (pasteurised) or Aquafaba or Egg white replacement (vegan) |
