| 10 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 10 ml | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
| 1 barspoon | Apricot jam (preserve) |
| Top up with | Hibiscus tea (cold) |
