1 1⁄3 fl oz Ketel One Citroen Vodka
1⁄2 fl oz Bols Triple Sec Liqueur
1⁄2 fl oz Monin Passion Fruit Syrup
1 1⁄3 fl oz Pink grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed)

Glassware

Serve in an Old-fashioned glass

Method:

Chill your cocktail glass. Pour all the ingredients into the shaker and shake it properly for 20 seconds.
Strain the cocktail into the glass over crushed ice and garnish.

My cocktail is inspired by era of late 80' and early 90'.
Miami is place where everything looks amazing.
Cocktail Vice City is inspired by disco time at Miami at that time. A lot of lights, disco music, posh service and fresh, fruity and refreshing flavours.
Enjoy it and move in time for a moment to the disco era.

Very important is create an atmosphere. Enjoy the cocktail while listening your favorite 80' disco song

My wife particularly liked this one - it's very fruity and flavourful - but too sweet. We used 3 dashes of grapefruit bitters and that seemed to balance it out pretty well.
