Serve in a Flute glass

Ingredients:
40 ml Butterfly-pea flower infused gin
20 ml Monin Lavender sugar syrup
30 ml Bols Elderflower Liqueur
30 ml Thomas Henry Tonic Water
15 ml Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba (chickpea water) or Egg white replacement (vegan)
