Serve in a Highball (max 10oz/300ml)

Ingredients:
30 ml Bols Banana Liqueur
30 ml Havana Club Añejo Especial Rum
15 ml Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
20 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
30 ml Egg white
1 gram Freshly grated Tonka bean
