30 ml | Havana Club Añejo Especial Rum |
15 ml | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
20 ml | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
30 ml | Egg white |
1 gram | Freshly grated Tonka bean |
